Abstrakt: Fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed an abnormality of the cerebellar vermis, with wide communication of the fourth ventricle with the subarachnoid space, compatible with Dandy-Walker malformation. Meningocele is defined as the herniation of the meninges through a bone defect in the skull. Our aim was to describe a case of prenatal diagnosis of occipital meningocele associated with Dandy-Walker malformation. [Extracted from the article]
