Abstrakt: We present a case referred at 20 weeks due to absent cavum septi pellucidi. Dedicated neurosonography at 22weeks revealed a present corpus callosum and a unilaterally irregular cortical layer in frontal and parasagittal views. Follow-up scan and MRI revealed classical hemimegalencephaly findings, including marked asymmetry, polimicrogiria and macrocrania. [Extracted from the article]
