Polyp growth rate does not appear to differ before and after menopause while our results suggest that spontaneous complete regression is significantly more common in premenopausal patients. Clinical and ultrasound reassessments were scheduled for 3 and 9 months after the diagnosis, and then annually up to 6 years, polyp spontaneous regression, hysteroscopic excision or surgery for other indication.
