Abstrakt: The size of lesions regressed after delivery, and rate of regression was significantly higher in decidualised lesions compared to non-decidualised lesions (86% and 47% respectively, P = 0.05). As pregnancy progressed three decidualised lesions (43%) became larger, four decidualised lesions (57%) were unchanged and all decidualised cysts (100%) decreased in size.
