Abstrakt: |
Composite coating on aluminum-magnesium alloy was formed by plasma electrolytic oxidation with subsequent treatment by spray-coating with a suspension of superdispersed polytetrafluoroethylene. It was shown that this method of formation allows obtaining corrosion-resistant hydrophobic coatings with high adhesion on the surface of an aluminum-magnesium alloy. The value of the contact angle of a composite coating was at least 152.5°, and the corrosion current density decreased by 3 and 4 orders of magnitude in comparison with PEO coating and bare alloy.
