Primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma resembling pemphigus vulgaris Dear Editor, Primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma (PCAE-TCL) is an exceedingly rare and distinct cutaneous lymphoma characterized by aggressive epidermal proliferation of CD8+ T cells with rapid bullous ulceration and keratinocyte necrosis.1-3 In this report, we describe a patient with PCAE-TCL with rapid progression from a solitary chest lesion to near-to-full-body coverage in 4 weeks.
