The paper generalizes the experience of the development of environmental and land management measures in Kuzbass in the Soviet period, and establishes the demand for an integrated approach to their development in the new economic conditions of a market economy. In the current conditions of the formation of a green economy, it becomes necessary to develop new models for the use of digital support aimed at the development of territories. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to develop a new methodological approach to the development of theory and new models for the creation of economic, environmental and land management bases for digital support for the development of Kuzbass territories. To optimize territorial planning in a green economy, the following tasks have been set: identification of a problem situation, development of a new approach and methodology for its implementation. Elaboration of a new approach to creating economic, environmental and land management foundations for digital support for the development of Kuzbass territories characterizes a new level of information interaction between related sciences (ecology, territorial development, geodesy, subsoil use, land management and economics). The implementation methodology includes illustrating a variety of practical examples. The practical use of this theory is to expand the use of digital support based on integrated economic, environmental and land management methods for the development of territories.
