The structure and features of biotechnology may cover individual operations or the process as a whole. The improvement of the biotechnological process can lead to the creation of new structural units and the elimination of obsolete ones. In the course of the work, it was found that both pine nut husks and fir tree greens are valuable raw materials for the production of flavonoids. Ultraflo Core (at a dosage of 200–400 g/t of raw material) proved to be an effective preparation for biocatalysis, the use of which led to an increase in the yield of flavonoids by 1.8–5 times. For the biocatalysis of rose hips from the considered enzyme preparations, the use of Pectinex ultra color (at a dosage of 50 ml/t of raw material) helps to increase the content of flavonoids in the extract by about 3 times. It has been established that the extract of fir tree greenery has a pronounced baсterial and fungistatic effect. At the same time, this effect was enhanced during short-term storage (after three days) of the extract under refrigeration conditions. Biotransformation of substances connected with biologically active substances makes it possible to intensify the extraction of target components. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
