The need for hollow section structural frame materials for the engineering industries especially in aircraft, automobile and construction for making the structural frame panels and shields. HSS metal fiber laminates are formed various geometrical shapes with different plies or laminates by unidirectional (UD) lamina for hollow specimens. These layers are bonded together by mechanical fibre interlocking or a binder that holds the materials together and allows the assembly to be handled. In comparison to synthetic fibre composites, organic fibre composites has more durability, less in maintenance, biodegradable, renewable, flammable and cost less. A metal based perforated sheet is modified to tube or pipe and reinforced with fiber woven by polymer composites for increasing the strength and reduce the weight. In this review, the preparations of shaft with different composites by standard ASTM specimens testing with various factors are quasi - static loading, impact test by 3 – points and 4 points bending test are followed.
