Abstrakt: For quantitative estimation of the spectral sensitivity of matrix photodetectors, a method based on Fourier transforms for a more detailed parsing of characteristics in frequency and time domains by the value of the bandwidth index, shape of the impulse (time) response curve, vibration degree, value of damping factor, and energy losses is proposed. A strong influence of electron-phonon interaction in the semiconductor on noise generation in matrix photodetectors relative to the human eye is found. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
