Investigates the effects of whole body X-irradiation before or after the injection of 125I-labeled Salmonella flagellar antigens on antibody production and antigen distribution through the lymphoid system. Effect of whole body X-irradiation on γM and γG if given one day before antigen; Changes in antigen localization caused by X-irradiation; Detection of abnormal persistence of labeling in a subsinus rim of cortical phagocytes in lymph node autoradiographs. |
