Construction quality control is one of the most important areas of activity for both developers and the state. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the functions of construction control. Since construction control is the main control tool. There are several types of construction control and supervision in Russia. Each type of control and supervision is aimed at minimizing violations and their timely elimination. As a result of the comparative analysis, the roles of the developer, contractor, design organization and the state in quality control of construction products have been identified.
