Nationally, as long as the junta stays in effective power, the educational credentials under the NUG system would not be recognised for students transitioning to schools, universities, or workplaces under the junta. Currently, the junta calls the NUG a terrorist group ([5]), and it is unlikely that the junta will consider the NUG or any civilian CDM group proper channels for negotiations.
