Abstrakt:	First, given that the concept of organizational agility is at its infancy in the context of SMEs, this research aims to build a valid and robust measure of organizational agility in the context of family SMEs. However, this concept and its drivers are still under-investigated in family-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), despite their predominance in the corporate landscape worldwide. To address this gap, this study focuses on family SMEs from the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is characterized by a relatively hostile environment that increases the uncertainty surrounding business operations.
