This paper presents a guideline for conducting new thriving interdisciplinary technological courses for faculties (participants) from different domain knowledge. The generalized guideline starts with an analysis of the training requirements of participants. Based on the analysis, resources are finalized along with course structure and objectives. Participants fulfilling prerequisites are identified, and related basic knowledge is ensured. Based on the prerequisite knowledge, groups are formed, termed as "Knowledge Dissemination Group". The philosophy of this group is for effective exchange of knowledge in minimum time. Quizzes are conducted to measure the attainment of the course outcomes. Improvement in course outcomes is observed with the proposed methodology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
