Abstrakt: This study investigates the Teacher Effectiveness of school teachers in Chennai district. The sample consists of 100 school teachers of all levels in various schools. The main objective of the present study is to develop a research tool to measure teacher effectiveness in class. The investigator has used the Descriptive Survey method for the study. The researcher attempted to construct and standardize a scale to measure the school teacher teaching effectiveness in classrooms or schools. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
