Abstrakt: The article presents an analysis of Ukrainian and European environmental legislation on the protection of atmospheric air from pollution by solid dust particles PM10 and PM2.5. Different classes of maximum permissible concentrations for several types of dust are analyzed and compared with the normative values of maximum permissible concentrations of fine particles for safe human life according to the requirements of the World Health Organization. The article presents the results of measurements of PM10 and PM2.5 solids concentration in the air of Yamnytsia UTC, namely in the settlements of Yamnytsia and Kluziv, as well as within the sanitary protection zone of PJSC Ivano-Frankivskcement. In total, 4 routes were passed and measurements were carried out at 45 checkpoints, based on which a database was developed. The research was conducted using the environmental monitoring device DT-9881. Based on the presented results, the maps of average daily dust concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 particles were developed, according to which the maximum values of environmental impact were determined. Ukrainian and foreign legislative ecological and hygienic bases for standardization of atmospheric air with PM10 and PM2.5 solid particles within urban areas are presented. The authors of the article provide the methodology and obtained research findings to determine the differences in the models of dust scattering in atmospheric air according to the calculated data from the automated program EOL-PLUS and the data of real measurement. For this purpose, the algorithm of overlaying cartographic information in the environments SURFER©, CorelDRAW© and Google Earth Pro© was used. The article also provides recommendations for improving the environmental situation on the territory of Yamnytsia UTC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
