Many respondents called for collective action and vigorous leadership by individual practices and organizations, as well as the profession's representative institutions. Add to that the continued undermining of the architect's standing within the construction industry, and society in general, and you have what some might regard as the perfect storm for a mental wellbeing crisis within the profession.
