The article describes the case of an 82-year-old woman with a painful, firm bulge above the right acromioclavicular joint (ACJ). Topics discussed include the confirmation of a full-thickness rotator cuff tear and an acromicolavicular joint (ACJ) geyser sign (GS) cyst through the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), clinical characteristics of GS, and two types of ACJ cysts. |
