Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to carry out scene experiment of courses such as "Heat transfer" "Principles of tribology" and "Electric vehicle transmissions structure and control", the finite element simulation of the wear of the shift slider during a clutch shifting process is carried out by using the numerical simulation technology. The simulation scheme is designed according to the response surface method and the wear calculations are performed under the action of different shifting forces, joint sleeve speeds and friction coefficients. The linear regression prediction model of wear is obtained. In addition, the multi-objective collaboration control strategy is obtained to ensure the service life of the automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) by controlling the shifting force and slider displacement during the gear shift process. Through the multi-disciplinary collaborative teaching and numerical simulation training, theoretical knowledge in textbooks is successfully applied in practice, and furthermore the students' independent innovation consciousness and the project practical ability are developed.
