Objective: To assess the patients' experiences regarding the provision of outdoor health care services in Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in Gynecology/Obstetrics OPD (outpatient department), Lady reading hospital (LRH), Peshawar from 1st December 2019 to 29th February 2020. A total of 500 patients were selected by the non-probability convenience sampling method. Results were calculated as frequencies, percentages, and Mean ± SD used for continuous variables. A questionnaire was filled out after taking verbal consent regarding the patient's experience in OPD. Results: Patients from 12-73 years were included, 92.8% were married, 7.2% were unmarried, and 77.4 %attended the OPD less than 4 times. Seventy-seven percent mentioned OPD staff cooperation, 73.8% were satisfied with over-crowd handling, 26.4% referred cases from other hospitals, and only 5.8% failed to receive medical advice on the day of visit. Eighty-six percent were satisfied with laboratory staff behavior and 24 were not happy with receiving reports on the same day. Most of the patients were satisfied with the in-time availability of the consultant's skills, and treatment. Eighty percent were guided adequately by clinical assistants and 70.2% mentioned their good behavior. Conclusion: Making clinical well-being care and better administration arrangements are considered very crucial for patient satisfaction regarding the provision of better services in OPD.
