| Abstrakt: |
The problem of the failure of an elastic rod under cyclic tension/compression is solved. Changes in the state of the rod in each load cycle are modeled. The failure criterion is stated and the cyclic durabilities corresponding to the given initial amplitude load are found. The fatigue curves for EI867 high-temperature oxidation-resistant nickel alloy and D16AT aluminum-based light alloy are plotted and compared with experimental curves. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
