The article presents the discussion on offsetting of the compensation payment against the claim for damages pursuant to Article 12 of the EU Air Passenger Regulation. Topics include claims for compensation, the cab costs and the claim for damages for the costs incurring for the replacement flight expired through fulfillment; and inconvenience associated with the loss of time due to a cancellation/delay representing compensation for non-material damage. |
