Abstrakt: In the article, the authors present their study which examined the neural mechanisms involved in the cooperation of specific functional networks in the brain structure of male tree shrews. The research used [18F]-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) on the animals after visual discrimination tasks like baseline, learning expert (LE), and reversal naive (RN). Also cited are the brain parts used in said tasks like the left nucleus accumbens (NAc).
