Abstrakt: The liquid control intelligent water injection technology can adjust the opening size of downhole water nozzles on surface to achieve the purpose of layered allocation. If the size of downhole water nozzles is not improperly designed, water distributors may not achieve the layered allocation injection rate after run in well. This will have a negative effect on the water flooding development. Taking three-layered water injection for example, an optimization design method for downhole pre-set water nozzles is proposed based on the allocation injection rate range of each layer and flow node pressure analysis. Furthermore, we focus on the problem that injection indication curves of the single-layer are absent in practice. Another optimization design method for downhole pre-set water nozzles is provided through the hypothesis of pressure behind the nozzle. Field application indicates that the optimization design method for downhole pre-set water nozzles is feasible and rational. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
