The article presents a list of the authors who have contributed in the Winter 2004 issue of "American Journal of Dance Therapy." The list includes Nana Koch, an associate professor in the Department of Health, Physical Education and Movement Science at long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. Lynn Koshland is a dance/movement therapist and licensed clinical social worker at an elementary school in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marcia Plevin is an American/Italian dance movement therapist, Italian psychologist, who lives and works in Rome, Italy. Tina Stromsted is a Jungian psychotherapist and registered dance therapist in San Francisco. Deborah J. Walsh is in private practice in Syracuse, New York and J. Wilson Whittaker is a Ph.D. student in the clinical psychology program at the University of Utah. |
