Abstrakt: Dear editor, Novel Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in its evolution presented with varied cutaneous manifestations reported across the world during the course of illness or in recovery phase.[[1]] We report a 53-year-old male, a known case of pulmonary sarcoidosis (stage II) for past 08 years, not on regular medications since last 3 years, presented with multiple, discrete, erythematous to brownish macules, discrete as well as confluent papules on the photo exposed area of both the forearms of 7 days duration. Eight years of relatively stable pulmonary sarcoidosis, developing cutaneous lesions with sarcoidal granuloma following Covid-19 infection can possibly explained by delayed type of hypersensitivity reaction to SARS-CoV-2. But our patient was stable case of pulmonary sarcoidosis, developed polymorphic cutaneous lesions (macules, papules, erythema, telangiectasia) on photo-exposed area. [Extracted from the article]
