Michel Foucault (15.10.1926 to 25.06. 1984) was a French philosopher, historian of ideas, writer and literary critic Foucault introduced the power theory, which was totally different from the conventional theories to power Foucault has shown the aspects under which it is operated by some agency. Its understanding is difficult because according to Foucault; power is everywhere and comes from everywhere "Foucault uses the term power/knowledge, to signify that power is constituted Through accepted form of knowledge, Scientific understanding and "truth" So we can say that power is diffused and embodied in discourse, knowledge, and "regimes of truth "To get the desired purpose politics survive in the regime of truth as a result of Scientific discourse and institutions. There are two main form of power are present in society, one as a positive sense to control the social discipline and other as a "Bio power" with the game of bio politics society can get desired objectives.
