The article considers the main activities of military museums in the context of historical and patriotic education of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to highlight the features of the system of organization of military museums at the present stage. The methodological basis of the study are such general scientific methods as: the method of theoretical generalizations, socio-cultural, analytical, method of observation. It was established that during 2014-2022 considerable attention was paid to updating expositions and exhibitions with an emphasis on Ukraine’s military history, overcoming Soviet stereotypes and covering information about heroic deeds of Ukrainian servicemen in the context of armed aggression against Ukraine.
