Abstrakt: The article is devoted to the research and substantiation of measures to increase the efficiency of logistics system management at exporting enterprises. It is established that logistics science in the economic environment is based on separate developments made in the military and mathematical spheres, and on the achievements of such related business disciplines as inventory management, simulation. It is determined that the main place in logistics belongs to the material and related information and financial flows, the study of the essence and features of which revealed the problem of their synchronization during the movement. The authors give their own definition of the concept of logistics system as a complex multilevel system containing subsystems combined in a single continuous process of enterprise management, takes into account the impact of one element on others, has direct and feedback links with the environment and is based on flexibility, adaptability, compatibility and interconnection of all its parts. It is proved that the organization of sales activities of LLC «Koltekagrokhim» should be considered not separately from the procurement, but in the system of interdependence and the relationship of distribution processes with supply processes. As a result of generalization of the research the principles of logistics management are specified, based on which the movement of commodity and information flows in the uniform system of LLC Koltekagrokhim is harmonized. The authors prove that warehousing is an important part of the trade activities of Koltekagrokhim LLC, but the state of its development does not meet modern requirements. Reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing warehouses needs serious attention. The authors propose to consider trade logistics within a single flow process of moving goods and information along the entire logistics chain (LL) from producer to final consumer.
