Abstrakt: |
There is a method for improving the energy efficiency of gas processing plants that include an amine filtration unit, which consists of mechanical and coal filtration elements. It was analyzed the power demand and con-sumption of water steam on the amine gas treatment units. The values of "approach" of heat, which are characterized by the difference between the temperature of amine in the cube of desorber and the temperature of the rich amine at the entrance to the desorber were defined. Recommendations for the reconstruction of the gas filtration system through the use of filter separators, precoat disc filters, cartridge type filters and the installation of pots are proposed. The results of the calculation of the expansion of the filter blocks are presented. To optimize costs, a sequence of implementation of technical solutions for gas treatment units with regard to filter elements is proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
