Abstrakt:	In this article was studied influence of the linear and nonlinear models of the interaction of the foundation with the base soil on the vibrations of the multi-storey building under the seismic effects. In the studies, the building was designed for seismic impacts, considering the rigid, elastic, elastoplastic and viscoelastic models of the interaction of the foundation with the base soil.
