Abstrakt:	Examines the perforation of acute appendicitis into the bladder. Analysis of the case of an eight-year-old girl presented with a two-week history of dysuria, lower abdominal pain, and microscopic hematuria; Demonstration of focal bladder wall thickening by high-resolution ultrasound; Performance of appendectomy and partial resection of the bladder.
