Abstrakt:	The contribution deals with the issue of ex officio control of unfair contract terms by courts, which follows from Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair contract terms in consumer contracts and from the decision-making practice of the European Court of Justice. The author deals with the issue of the court's procedure in civil proceedings during the application of the unfairness test, especially with regard to consequences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
