Sir, Administering safe general anaesthesia in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) continues to remain a challenge. Robotic surgeries fast track postoperative recovery and patient well-being.[[2]] A 65-year-old male with symptomatic MG of grade IIB for the past 2 years presented incidentally with a left renal mass requiring partial nephrectomy. Advancements in the depth of anaesthesia monitoring and immaculately assisted ventilation on modern anaesthesia workstations have made it possible to practice such difficult anaesthesia.
