The article presents the case of a 64-year-old female who was rushed to a clinic due to painful progressive bilateral temporal and right retroauricular region tumefaction, dysphonia and fever for 10 days. It discusses an atypical case of focal myositis involving the masticatory muscles. Her temporal muscle biopsy showed marked lymphocyte infiltration. |
