Polycrystalline compounds of Sn substituted Pb0.9Mn0.1(Zr0.52Ti0.48)1-xSnx O3 (where x = 0.05,0.1) are synthesized by conventional ceramic method. Raman spectroscopy study reveals the tetragonal structure of Sn substituted samples. Impedance spectroscopic studies reveal the non-Debye kind of relaxation process in the material. Grain and grain contribution to the electrical conduction was observed. The observed P-E hysteresis confirmed the ferroelectric nature of all the samples. With the increase of Sn doping, Pr, Ps and Ec values also increased. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
