It is difficult for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to develop due to several factors in poor management such as human resources, marketing, capital, and competition. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of financial literacy of MSME actors before and after financial training, to determine the level of differences in the performance of MSMEs after receiving financial training, and to determine differences in the performance improvement of MSMEs. MSMEs after attending financial training. This research uses the descriptive method. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to Creative MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The respondents of this study were Creative MSMEs in DIY. Data analysis using ANOVA and t-test. The analysis results show no difference in the level of financial literacy of MSME actors before and after financial training. There are differences in the performance of MSMEs after receiving financial training and differences in the performance improvements of MSMEs after receiving attending financial training.
