Abstrakt: Online transmission of video content of various higher resolution bandwidth definitions is increasing network congestion and limiting the number of connections, content referring & reuse. They are becoming inefficient in poorly located low bandwidth remote mobile devices. TESA an extensible configurable online audio-book format system in content delivery decreases network congestion and its implementation proves to be an efficient and interactive method compared to that of video transmission for online teaching and content development. TESA, an event sequencing multimedia model will be proven capable to have a better schematic representation for knowledge discovery and development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
