Abstrakt: In the article, the authors present a prospective multicentre study which determined the effect of COVID-19 infection on tacrolimus trough concentrations (C0) in kidney transplant recipients (KTR). Other topics include how supratherapeutic tacrolimus could lead to kidney injury and neurotoxicity, and some other possible adverse effects like diarrhoea and high serum creatinine levels.
