Abstrakt: The article focuses New York's history in the development of the proposed New York Rules of Professional Conduct (NYRPC) Rule 8.4(g). It mentions New York adopted a narrow anti-discrimination ethics rule and addressed solely to employment discrimination and required exhaustion of judicial remedies. It also mentions sanction purely private conduct unrelated to the practice of law including membership in certain organizations or making hateful speeches by American Bar Association.
