According to the forming conditions of local welt tubular woven fabrics, a unique series of tubular fabric structures wore designed. The main points of fabric design and trial weaving worth introduced from the aspects of design inspiration source, yarn design, fabric weave design, weaving process parameters and key measures of machine trial weaving, etc. The local weft tubular fabrics were innovatively developed on the semi-automatic weaving prototype by using the plain basic weave, double-layer weave and plain weave of the zonal welt tubular part. The fabrics have harmonious color matching, novel and unique appearance, undulating raised tube three-dimensional full, good shape.
