Correlation analysis of main nutrient components of oat grass feed in Xinjiang region.

Abstrakt: The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) method on the correlation among dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude ash (Ash), ether extract (EE), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), starch, calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) content in Xingjiang's oat grass, and to establish a predicted regression equations of different variables among the oat grass. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between DM, ADF and NDF in the remaining oat grass (P<0.001). There was a high correlation between ADF content and NDF content (R²=0.919, P<0.001), there was a certain correlation between ADF content and DM content (R²=0.692, P<0.001), and DM content had a positive correlation with ADF and NDF content (R²=0.700, P<0.001). An effective estimation model of DM, ADF and NDF content in oat grass feed could be established. The experiment indicates that the establishment of prediction model is convenient, rapid and effective for the determination of NDF and ADF content of oat feed in Xinjiang region, and also provide reference for the exploration of its nutritional components.
