The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old male with mass lesion being identified on the right posterolateral tongue. Topics include patient's medical history being significant for a basal cell carcinoma on the left side of his nose in the alar region; and revealing a soft tissue specimen demonstrating deposition of a homogenous eosinophilic material interspersed between the fibrous connective tissue in the lamina propria. |
