The article discusses about continuous exodus to Europe of a growing number of migrants has re-proposed the issue of refugees in the face of Italian public opinion. Topics include migratory movement is determined by economic reasons such as arrivals of people fleeing from theaters of war or political turbulence in the Mediterranean; and deconstruction of the traditional political order that occurred in the eastern Mediterranean following the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire. |
