| Abstrakt: |
The purpose of this research is to develop a model for managing informatization processes of the projects in the context of integrated enterprise interaction. A simulation model that is presented in the simulation environment called Powersim Studio 7.0 allows determining the effectiveness of information technologies implementation in a non-profit state organization in order to automate the documents circulation process. The use of the model allows ensuring the selection of the most adequate solutions when choosing information projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of this process and reducing costs.
