Abstrakt: The paper reports that the casting method is to influence the cast properties of A356 casting alloys. It is important to study the mechanical properties so that the influence of casting behaviours be clarified. In order to create vacuum cast products, effective of cost, and more material, it's hard to create vacuum forming. In this method, it includes heating, stretching, and vacuuming above a mold before starting the process. The vacuum cast method is most popular method for making many intricate objects. The original parts used to qualify the vacuum casting method were obtained from the microstructure fabrication technologies. Vacuum casting is a lot of places that use the minimum amount of manufacturing non-biomaterial. The important task of function to select the choice method variable to the method of pliant material like-machine things. In traditional vacuum casting technology this method is used to attract or construct the casing components to fill-up the cavity of the mold, finally, it gives components of mold and low tensile strength.
