A program implementing the method of statistical modeling has been developed for evaluation of the mathematical expectancies, dispersions, and distribution functions of the bearing capacity of permafrost beds with random interyear variability of climatic parameters (air temperature, snowfall). To decrease (or to prevent) random factors effect on structures stability the thermostabilization devices developed and manufactured by authors are suggested. Their basic characteristics are given, results of their performance in Northwestern Siberia are analyzed, and means of further application are projected. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
