Analysis of Potential Ethical Issues for Residential Direct Care Staff With the prevalence of direct or indirect trauma to residential direct care staff, there are a number of ethical issues raised for managing the trauma of direct care staff. The paper will first take a closer look at the risk for direct and indirect trauma experienced by residential direct care staff, followed by an in-depth examination of the ethical issues in hiring these staff.
