Abstrakt: An editorial is presented in which the authors discuss various aspects and adaptations to treating opioid use disorder (OUD) with take-home dosing and methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article examines exemptions to government regulations, financial incentives in MMT, and MMT in prison systems.
